Sunday Morning: Tujiko Noriko

Musical Mood: Stay in bed
Rough Genre: Light electro

A classic Sunday morning track - if you wake up to this you'll just drop off back to sleep again. And probably feel great about yourself (listen to the lyrics). If you think you've heard this before you might of heard it on Skins recently.

Musical Mood: Walking home from the bakery

Joakim is another brilliant French producer/DJ bringing us some superb electro goodness. I love these two tracks. Teenage Kiss is a little more upbeat, you could dance to it if you wanted! I Wish You Were Gone is a bit more relaxing, the intros lovely.

NB. T-shirt lovers La Fraise - my favourite French t-shirt company are giving away a free "suprise t-shirt" when you buy two t-shirts from them this Spring. And here's a code for free shipping: FREESHIPMENT (valid till tomorow).

Remember the MMMathias remix of Bloc Party's Signs I posted a while ago? Well here's more of the good stuff. MMMathias has just released a new mix tape, cunningly titled Gold MMMix and its a grand blend of Signs-like soft and tingly remixes with a few upbeat womblers for good measure.

I've also included the MMMathias Saglaepor remix.

3. Feist - My moon, my man (Boys Noize Remix)
4. Klaxons - As above, so below (Justice Remix)

La Roux - In For The Kill (Skream remix)

Finest hair I've seen in ages

Musical Mood: Like, going to sleep and then being woken up
Rough Genre: Electro

If you haven't heard of La Roux yet, best check out my previous post on their first single Quicksand here. This Skream take one their track In For The Kill is like two separate remixes. Until 4.10, you could quite happily be lulled to sleep by the thing. Then there's a crafty late pick up where one of your legs might start shaking. But they'll be no dancing. It doesn't quite reach that stage.
